Mini-course: Bringing Mindfulness to Daily Life - 3 classes


This course of three sessions will focus on how to bring mindfulness to aspects of life we encounter in our day-to-day lives. Each one-hour class will explore how to decrease the ways we struggle and how to increase connection and ease.

Each class will include some meditation, a brief talk, and group discussion in a safe learning environment. No meditation experience is necessary.

Classes are held on zoom on the following Tuesday nights, 7:00-8:00 pm ET:

  • April 26: Enriching our Relationships through Mindful Listening and Speaking

  • May 10: Emerging Mindfully from the Pandemic - New Challenges, New Opportunities

  • May 24: Working with Uncertainty and Anxiety
