Liz Kinchen has been practicing meditation for over 45 years. She is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, trained by Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and others through the University of California at Berkeley Greater Good Science Center. She offers classes, workshops, and mentoring sessions. Liz writes a monthly blog, and her memoir, Light in Bandaged Places: Healing in the Wake of Young Betrayal, will be published in September 2023.
