Workshop - Working with Limiting Beliefs & Our Inner Critic

How often do we listen to that voice in our head that tells us we cannot do something, that we aren’t good enough, that we aren’t deserving, or that something is wrong with us - our inner critic? We all have this voice to some degree; it’s human nature. However, when these messages become our core beliefs, they rob us of our true identity. The good news is, we do not have to be controlled by these limiting thoughts. We can learn to work with these beliefs, better understand them, and develop a healthier relationship to such messages when they arise. We can even quiet them down. Practicing mindfulness can help us recognize thoughts that are real, but not true – freeing us from their limitations on us. This workshop will be held on zoom, on Saturday February 20, from 10:30am to 12:30pm ET. Fee is $35. To register email me: liz@lizkinchen.com
