Ongoing Meditation Practice Group/Sangha Winter 2024


This group is for those with some meditation experience and practicing meditators alike. Classes will include talks drawing on the Buddhist roots of mindfulness and Vipassana/Insight teachings, guided meditations, writing, and group sharing. The class is an ongoing group, where students sign up for multi-week segments at a time. New students can join at the new segment mark, space allowing.

This group, called a sangha, is a safe, supportive space where we can discuss our meditation practice and how it impacts our daily life. We will meet on zoom. The next session is Wednesdays, Jan 10 to Feb 28, 2024 skipping Feb 7 and 14. This segment is 6 weeks in total. We meet from 1:00-2:15pm ET. Class fee: $160. Sliding scale is available.
