Ongoing Meditation Practice Group/Sangha Winter 2026


This group is for those with some meditation experience and practicing meditators alike. Classes will include talks drawing on the Buddhist roots of mindfulness and Vipassana/Insight teachings (and others), guided meditations, writing, and group sharing. The class is an ongoing group, where students sign up for multi-week segments at a time. New students can join at the new segment mark, space allowing.

This group, called a sangha, is a safe, supportive space where we can discuss our meditation practice and how it impacts our daily life. The next session is Wednesdays, February 18 to April 1. This segment is 7 weeks in total. We meet from 1:00-2:15pm ET on zoom. Class fee: $210. Sliding scale is available. To register email Liz: liz@lizkinchen.com.
