Ongoing Meditation Practice Group/Sangha Early Fall 2025


This group is for those with some meditation experience and practicing meditators alike. Classes will include talks drawing on the Buddhist roots of mindfulness and Vipassana/Insight teachings (and others), guided meditations, writing, and group sharing. The class is an ongoing group, where students sign up for multi-week segments at a time. New students can join at the new segment mark, space allowing.

This group, called a sangha, is a safe, supportive space where we can discuss our meditation practice and how it impacts our daily life. The next session is Wednesdays, September 10 to October 29, 2025 (no class October 8). This segment is 7 weeks in total. We meet from 1:00-2:15pm ET on zoom. Class fee: $210.
