The John Hayes Estate at The Fells on Lake Sunapee - 456 Route 103A in Newbury, NH.
1:00 - 2:30pm ET
About the Workshop:
Do you have a story inside you waiting to be told, but don’t know where to begin? Or maybe you’ve begun writing a memoir or novel but feel stuck? Finding clarity in your writing begins with calming the mind and reconnecting with your body.
Discover the transformative potential of your own voice in this supportive, interactive writing workshop. Designed for anyone seeking clarity, self-awareness, or healing, this session explores how writing - memoir, poetry, journaling, or fiction - can serve as a powerful tool for processing emotions and navigating life's challenges.
Through meditation, prompts, reflective exercises, and voluntary shared storytelling, you will learn practical techniques for translating your inner experiences into narrative form. We’ll explore strategies for writing with purpose and self-compassion, whether you’re working with a current writing project or starting something new.
This workshop offers a safe space to harness the therapeutic art of creative writing while connecting with others on a similar journey. No prior writing or literary experience is required—just an open mind and a notebook or laptop.
