Workshop on Working with Physical Pain

Pain is such a part of life, there really is no escaping it. It can be a formidable visitor, whether it stays for a long or short time. Mindfulness practice isn’t a cure for physical pain, but it does offer some ways of working with it that many people find helpful. We’ll explore the ancient expression: “Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional”. Whether you are currently experiencing acute or chronic pain or not, this workshop will offer some tools for working with it when it calls. This two-hour workshop will include presentation, interaction, writing, and a short break at the mid-way point, in a safe and supportive environment. Fee: $35 per person, and is on zoom.
